All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once we ship your order, you will receive an update via email/phone with tracking information. It may take upto 7 business days for your package to reach you. In case of delays, please email us with your order number on ———

Reframe is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. All risks are assumed by the courier. 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above Rs.3000 within India. For orders below Rs.3000 we charge a flat fee of Rs.100. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information to track the status of your order. Please allow upto 7 business days for the package to reach you.
