WE WANT YOU TO BE ABSOLUTELY HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE!

IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@SHOPREFRAME.COM AND PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO EMAIL YOU A PREPAID RETURN LABEL.

For international returns (including Canada) customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date for domestic and 45 days for international customers. Any orders after our timeline policy will not be accepted for refund.

All merchandise must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered or unused in sellable conditions with the original hangtags attached. All garments are subject to inspection.

Sale items and items purchased at shows or any other retailers may not be returned. You can contact us if you would like to make an exchange for another style or size, provided the items are unworn and with their original tags.

All hand-dyed styles have gone through a special dye process that creates unique variations in shading and color in every garment which will not be classified as a manufacturer's defect. If you believe there is a manufacturers defect, please let us know.

Please allow 7-10 days to process the return once it's received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY
If you want to make an exchange, simply return the original unused merchandise as described in our "return policy" back to us for a refund, and once the credit is issued you can make a new purchase for the replacement items through our site.
